Saturday, November 27, 2021 - Honeyed petrol is the first impression. Golden colour, still steely and young. Hints of butterscotch and grapefruit. Acidity is high of course and is only beginning to mellow now. Medium to full body. Long finish, some complexity. Can drink now but will be better in 10 years.
