Saturday, December 4, 2021 - Sixteenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Inovasi - Lake Bluff IL): In 85/86/01 vertical. Incredibly rich and ripe with botrytis hints that are both enchanting and dominating. So much petrol, floral, apple and apricot notes in wonderful proportion with very good density. Good now, but I think this is still 5-10+ years away from really strutting its stuff.
