Sunday, February 6, 2022 - A White Wine Dinner in Celebration of Crab (San Francisco): Medium yellow. Younger, lighter, much more lemony and mineral than the Frédéric Emile. Finer and more elegant. Although angular at its core, it avoids hard edges. Outstanding and looking more and more like a classic Clos Ste. Hune over time.
