Friday, February 10, 2012 - Decanted and poured, this wine ultimately gave a very good showing; however, at times it displayed somewhat of an identity crisis. Initially this gives the impression of being more "chardonnay" than "Chablis". Airing gives the wine more focus, but this never fully develops the precision and focus expected. Hopefully additional bottle age will allow this wine to give a more harmonious showing.
