So it is with this Louis Michel wine, yet it is still brilliant. Medium yellow. Musky citrus and oyster shell aromas. Medium body but a glorious, silky feel. Extraordinary balance of ripe citrus, perfect acidity, soil, and a pleasing touch of citrus zest bitterness. Mea culpa for my prejudices; this was a totally winning wine.
