Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Just very good, not brilliant like the 2014 and the 2017. Very Dauvissat, with an intense beam of salty lime and freshly cut grass, then a soupcon of vanilla from the elevage. A touch of hyancinth on the nose with more air. Notably bitter and long on the finish, like taking a draft of undersweetened lemonade and then sucking on a pebble. Really enjoyed this, but a wine that (nowadays) costs this much needs to perform even better to offer reasonable QPR.
