Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - I was really, really impressed with this. Often overlooked verses the bigger names of Raveneau and Dauvissat, but this was equal to, if not better, than many of the recent wines I’ve tried from either. For 13 years, this was incredibly fresh. Quite a reductive nose from the bottle and lots of fresh fruit. Very lively with great acidity and this got better as it warmed up to room temperature, always a sign of a good wine. Am I being harsh with a 95? possibly.

4/18/2023 11:43:00 AM - Fully agree re William Fèvre. On many occasions their Grand Crus can go head to head with Raveneau and Dauvissat at a fraction of the price, but it lacks the status of brand aspiration. Re the 2010 I think you were being a little mean with your rating!😀
