Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - Drank blind next to the 2016 Fevre Les Preuses. DIAM 10. Outstanding nose, crisp, salty, mouth watering lemon acidity with white floral notes hiding behind. Plenty of stuffing on the palate, but balanced well with with tart lemon zest and a punch of acid on the finish. Focused and tight while barely showing it's age. I'm so happy Fevre has switched to DIAM, these can finally be cellared with confidence. Plenty more to come for those who are patient. Delicious
