Monday, January 17, 2022 - {Bought on release; have had 2-3 before; perfect fill; Diam cork)> Lost my detailed notes but vivid memory next day. Preuses fruit, full of an haunting grace; very complex, waves of fruit and amazing mid-palate textures. Best 4 hours after opening.

Grand Cru Chablis can rival Rhone whites for power and as a match with foods like cheese at the end of a meal. Was great with mussels, and later with cheese.
