Monday, May 31, 2021 - Deep gold color
Intense aromatics of Meyer lemon/ lime and orange zest and blossom with honey/cardamom/ yellow flowers and dry earth - extremely complex and all wrapped together with moderate petrol notes - outstanding
Strong mouthcoating palate with flavors of ripe lemon and lime and nice underlying minerality
Medium plus acidity with mild phenolic bitterness and medium alcohol with really nice length
Really well balanced but quite intense
Beautiful to drink now but appears eternal based on tasting today
