Single blind tasting Aromatics high. Petrol. Orange zest followed by orange blossom. Spices, likely lime leaf Palate has medium + acid. No phenolics. Medium alcohol. Linear mouthfeel with a consistent core of acid and fruit. Pear, orange zest and spice. Finish has long length. Balanced Dry glass notes of lime oils, flowers and herb resin Drinks well now, but no hurry. I suspect this will age better than me.

Deep gold color Intense aromatics of Meyer lemon/ lime and orange zest and blossom with honey/cardamom/ yellow flowers and dry earth - extremely complex and all wrapped together with moderate petrol notes - outstanding Strong mouthcoating palate with flavors of ripe lemon and lime and nice underlying minerality Medium plus acidity with mild phenolic bitterness and medium alcohol with really nice length Really well balanced but quite intense Beautiful to drink now but appears eternal based on tasting today

In a nice place and taking on pectic nuances to add to the earlier noted green herb/asparagus notes as it evolves. No rush if not for the longest haul. Till 2024.

Citrus, asparagus, passion fruit, very dense with good length, in its drinking window, can go on for years.
