Tuesday, November 21, 2023 - honeysuckle, tropical fruit, cinnamon, stone, filament / thin film on nose. paired with spicy dhal and okra curry. stunning pairing - perfect amount of sweetness here, not overbearing with plenty of acidity. color is golden yellow. drinking *very* well but still has a lot of development. double edged sword because drank perfectly with meal, my last bottle and seems v. capable of aging a lot longer
