Monday, July 7, 2014 - Popped and poured then consumed over 4 hours. Great mouth feel, interesting fruit with allspice evident, but I could never get passed the sweetness. Over time, the wine continued to develop body and palate impression, but the residual sugar kept raising its hand crying "look at me".
