Opened this in anticipation of this weeks future release. Tight and steely on opening. Tart, and unyielding. Let it warm up and started to reveal its fruit core. Some broach emerges. If drinking now I would decant. I generally rarely decant Champagne (sparkling). Hold for 2-3 years is my best guess. I will buy more. At $85 it’s on the cusp of what Champagne offers For now, I will continue to follow

Completely premoxed. Nose of apples and sherry. Horrible vinegar note on my only sip. Not even a candidate for the vinegar jar. Disgusting
