Monday, February 11, 2019 - Drank at a restaurant, so did not decant.
Still had an impressive amount of tannin.
Improved after 10 or 15 minutes of air, but then settled down without significant change over the next hour.
Distinctive, as one gets with a single vineyard wine.
A very elegant wine with a long finish, just very impressive.
