Friday, May 27, 2011 - Dark and serious on the nose with aromas of liqueur cherry, blackberries and black earth. Incredibly sweet, concentrated and luscious in the mouth and the dense fruits drip from the roof of your mouth. For all its volume and intensity it shows no heaviness and we joked that when Allen Meadows eventually tries this he will encounter a ‘kaleidoscope of Zen likeness’.
