Wednesday, December 19, 2018 - Tuttons, Covent Garden for sibling lunch. Limited notes.
Lots of steely minerality and pinot bitterness, the fruit was a little overwhelmed but pleasant enough as a light by-the-glass apéritif house champers.
More bottle age needed? 88?+
