Thursday, August 19, 2021 - Tasted blind. This was paired with a crab, white egg dish and it was a match made in heaven because the wine was really rich and buttery. Had some nutty notes as well but stayed clear from the oxidative side. A bit too baroque for my palate but what a pairing this was.
