Sunday, October 1, 2006 - Big nose with a mixture of fruits and some ester notes. Very tart and biting on the top. Soon resolved into softer and brigher acid fruits with a backnotes of tar and clay. Lots of body and structure based pretty much on the acids. Quite harmonious when it opened up.
