Wednesday, May 29, 2019 - If you like Southern hemisphere Malbec or Rhone grenache, you might like this fresh, fruity, simple wine. But if you're a claret fan, don't touch it with a barge pole. It's nothing like the fine 2009 vintage of this wine or the many vintages of the first wine of this chateau that I have happily drunk over the decades. I have no idea what went wrong, but I'm now an ex-Cantemerle man.
