Saturday, June 27, 2009 - Golden color. Ripe fruits, apple, asian pear and white flowers on the nose with wet rocks. Lush mouthfeel with refreshing acidity and fantastic minerality. As it sat in the glass, the aromas turned to more of a ginger-butter cookie. Delicious.
