Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Wait for a decent period.... Lavender, melted licorice, grilled ostrich, river stones, soy sauce and Chinese five-spice. Longer than a decade and the echo of coffee bean. More majestic than any previous vintage; the tannins are fine and cajoined. The backbone suggests enjoyment many years from now. Drink 2018 - 2033.
