Monday, February 9, 2015 - Was excited to try and it didn't disappoint! I decanted for 3.5 hours and it paired wonderfully with cilantro maple pork tenderloin.

Typical CDP fruit with a little bit of tar. Long graceful finish! Going to hold the next bottle for another 5-8 years minimum.
