Wednesday, December 23, 2015 - Tonight, a work in progress. Like so many VTs they can be bit tricky in their adolescence. With food this was pretty drinkable. Without, it seemed out of balance, tannic, medicinal and desperately in need of more time. Appreciate having an opportunity to check in on it as I have 3 more myself.
