Friday, April 22, 2016 - Drunk together with Pegau 2010 cuvee reservee. Opened both bottles at 10.30 in the morning to let breath (kept in cellar with temperature of 12 celsius). At about 15:30 poured some wine into glasses to allow to better breath and move to slightly warmer location. Started to drink the wines at about 18:30. Both wines with nice typical chateauneuf character. The la crau was very fresh and complex but still young. The pegau had substantially more ripeness / age character. All preferred the la crau over the pegau.
Even better after 5 more days!
