Thursday, July 28, 2016 - Medium ruby color turning crimson at the rim with a transparent edge. The nose is very attractive and tightly knit with effervescent aromas of eucalyptus, violets, anise, and dried herbs. The palate is highly concentrated with a silky texture and vibrant acidity. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, cranberry, plum, cassis, red licorice, leather, cola, and fig. Very lovely, elegant and sublime. Finishes long and refined, ending on a high intensity note. Drink now until 2030. 96+
