Friday, February 14, 2020 - Did not seem "out of balance" to me. Wines tend to mature more quickly in my cellar, so perhaps it does need to be held for later. I decanted an hour and a half before drinking. Fruit was clearly there in both aromas and flavor. I got no note of woodiness. It did not hold up well for second night and some bitterness emerged. Suggest drinking at one sitting. Two more bottles to go and I am not in a hurry.
