Monday, March 16, 2020 - PNP with honey baked ham and scalloped potatoes. Very good wine, with notes of spice and pepper, medium body and good finish. Sightly tilted to tannins over fruit, but improving greatly with food. The first few sips before dinner was served were quite austere.
