Friday, January 8, 2021 - This is an ultra-complex wine. Luscious strawberry jam combines with band-aid and kombu (iodine), dried brown figs, cigar, lavender, black pepper, and bitter herbs. It's certainly quite interesting, but I don't find it tasty. While I rated it 94 and 95 in prior tastings, that's not how I feel tonight. I feel more like my 91 rating from a year ago.
