Tuesday, June 8, 2021 - First bottle of the case. Dark fruit flavors, some spice on the nose and also as a secondary flavor. Second night much more pronounced spice and some cedar notes, Bert good fir sure. Enjoyed with lamb chops on the grill. Looking forward to the next bottle in a year or so.
