Wednesday, October 20, 2021 - Tasted over 2 hrs, from 375 mL
-saturated med dark red no bricking
-restrained kirsch grenache-y red fruit
-med acidity, med+ weight quite densely concentrated juicy grenache fruit with some tar and iodine, finishes with moderate heat and med tannins
-still on the primary side of the fence, larger formats probably need another few years and there seems to be enough stuffing to buffer the heat
