Monday, December 6, 2021 - Decanted for 45 mins. Medium ruby. Finely spiced nose with bright overtones. Classical CdP aromas with hints of dried fruit, such as corinths. Also light nougat and milk chocolate. Bit of smoked sausage. On the palate powerful and robust, with some firmness and tannins still to be resolved. Long warming finish. A convincing version of La Crau that can easily age for longer.
