Sunday, November 1, 2020 - A bit of funk on the nose that eases up with an hour or more of air. Then very linear with a dominant theme of cherry / Kirsch. Great acidic backbone, soft tannins. Drinking really nicely now and doesn't seem like it'll stop in the next several years.
