Saturday, October 8, 2022 - Remarkably good. Need quite a bit of air to show its entire complexity but already great after opening. I recommned a 1-2 hours of decanting. This is wonderful, sure to please anyone. You want minerality, you want Chablis-eque character, you want butterscotch, you want lemon curd, you want caramel, you want nutty, you want dark fruit, you want orchard fruit, you want brioche, you want mushrooms, you want underbrush......its got it ALL!. Its pricey but actually very good value for money. Can probably age for much more but I dont see the need to hold, fully enjoyable now with a bit of decant.
