Sunday, July 14, 2013 - Decanted for 1 hour. Too acidic to drink on its own at 1 hour. Better w/ food. At 3 hours achieved better balance, allowed the fruit to come through. Nice structure, good flavor profile. Decant 2+ hours or wait on this.
