Saturday, October 22, 2022 - Opened, decanted through an Ullo filter, cleaned out sediment from the bottle with filtered water, and poured the wine back in. Let sit in the opened bottle for 90+ minutes. This was superb, and it felt like a very pure CdP experience. It was all sinewy fruit, Provençal spice (but not too much), and a feeling of bright sunshine. Smooth and caressing on the palate. A big jump up from my last bottle.
