Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Just the perfect amount of development! Deep blue fruit, lots of black olives and liquorice, Syrah to the fore. Still tastes fresh after a decade - distinctly savoury with a mineral tingle, all of the 14,5 % abv easily carried, not the least heavy. Excellent food companion to grilled chicken and sudiste-style roasted veggies!
