Saturday, November 27, 2021 - cork totally wet, with some schmutz on the top; wine is clear and clean, starting out with a straightforward apple flavor, then quickly developed some complexity, with lanolin, earth, dark stone, and some tea; Still has some acidity. No/minimal oxidation on this one. Still enjoyable with fancy cheese and crackers.
