Saturday, April 22, 2017 - 3rd of 6, decanted 30 minutes, perfect cork and level, previous notes fine, garnet, not too dense, some development; needed coaxing but increasingly attractive, sour cherry, hint of strawberry, earth notes; medium, long, persistent, nice balance, sweet powerful surprisingly nuanced core which opened up nicely after an hour, barely ready and needs at least an hour in decanter. At least F (17.5).
