Monday, December 25, 2023 - Apples, pears, honeycomb, a hit of ginger. Perfect amount of sweetness for our apple crumble and a big hit with the family at the end of Christmas dinner. Missing some acid to make this great, but it didn’t need to be any better for it to be fully enjoyed on the occasion.
