Monday, November 27, 2023 - Tasted blind. Took a while to open up. After 30 minutes in the glass revealed the classic Gruaud barnyard, dried herbs, red fruit compote and sous bois. Quite lovely and almost saltstying its drinking window - I’d wait 5 years.
