Thursday, January 7, 2016 - Very good indeed - and better on day 2. Nose of honey, herbs, butter. Mouth follows with citrus, minerality, smoke and some chewyness (bees wax); impeccable balance and lightness of being. Very elegant. This is a wine for meditation, just entering maturity. Wish I had more.
