Friday, July 11, 2008 - A Day at the Office (Crow's Nest): Fantastic Chablis. I think I tasted this at a pre-buy, but can't recall. Anyway. Gorgeous aromatics of crushed rocks, slightly floral, minerals, steel, and green apple with citrus zest. The palate is full of piercing acidity and freshness. Mostly citrus with minerals, and towards the finish is a streak of underlying richness and creaminess. I think over time this will flesh out and become a classic Chablis. Good juice.
