Monday, March 2, 2020 - Leap Day dinner Trelio's (Clovis Ca.): Such purity with the subtly ripe orchard, exotic tropical fruits...clean and fresh with a perfect balance of sweetness and savory minerality...lime blossom florals, wet slate, chalk dust...has a cream to it, yet energized and refreshed with citrus. Fantastic length...sweet to floral to savory...very enjoyable!
