Tuesday, June 24, 2014 - Beautiful elegantly structured Zin. Fruit element is beginning to fade allowing the the mineral notes to shine through. Still has plenty of acid and the fruit that is left is Rutherford dusty raspberry cherries. paired deliciously with wild boar. J says time to drink now.
