Sunday, December 18, 2011 - Popped 2 hours before first pour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, high toned ripe red fruit, Asian spice, cinnamon, and metallics. Palate: Medium-full bodied, good acid, spicy red fruit and minerals. Finish: Medium length sense of red fruit and white chocolate.
