Monday, December 18, 2023 - (Disgorged October 28th 2021, base year 2015 with reserves from 2014 and 2013, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant and Oger, dosage 0 gr/l)
Incipient maturity on the nose showing green apples, chalk and minerals and opens up with hazelnuts and milk chocolate in a delicious way. Butter and toffee on the palate with a pleasant lime citrus acidity and a gentle touch of dried fruit on the generous palate with a lovely and lengthy finish.
(Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
