Monday, January 15, 2024 - A 2016 disgorgement, this Champagne had a hint of truffle development, but was essentially fresh and vital. It had a wonderful core of tangerine and peach fruit. Bubbles were gentle and calm. It had so much chalky mineral action and was supremely long and complex.
