Saturday, November 21, 2009 - Five Days in Paris; 11/17/2009-11/21/2009: Disgorged July 23, 2008. Very light yellow. Beautiful nose of orange rind, orchard fruits, and just a hint of yeastiness. Lively in the mouth with a perfect combination of cut and early creaminess. Moderate dosage. This was a tad sweeter and less wild than the Brut Initiale I tried earlier this year, but what an expression of Blanc de Blancs Champagne!
