Saturday, May 15, 2010 - An outstanding bottle. The April 2009 dégorgement, consumed one year later. Small and refined mousse, pronounced citrus and with a hint of honeysuckle and litchee, and a wonderful long finish. Perhaps the best champagne I have tasted (so far...).
